Service Description

In this trial lesson you'll get to meet the tutors and find out what study plan is best for your Twi language learning goals. This trial lesson will last 15 minutes and is great for those who'd like to get a sense of our Twi lessons before booking a 5 or 10 lesson course. You will be introduced to your assigned Twi tutor for the trial lesson via email. The lesson will be scheduled according to your availability and subject to the availability of Study Twi tutors. 1-on-1 online 15 minute trial lesson Start speaking, listening, reading and writing straight away Get feedback and corrections from your Ghanaian teacher Practise real life Twi conversations and dialogue Learn pronunciation, grammar, Ghanaian culture and etiquette Choose from a topic you'd like to learn: Greetings Introducing yourself Hobbies Emotions My family and friends You'll also get the opportunity to discover how our courses and lessons are like and how to become a confident and fluent Twi speaker!

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling or cancelling Notice of cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled lesson for any reason must be given in writing to the Tutor or the Company more than 24 hours prior to the lesson. Lessons rescheduled or cancelled (or where a Client fails to turn up) with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed to the Client at the usual lesson fee, or subtracted from their lesson bundle balance, (unless there are medical documents to support the need to change). All refunds will include an additional processing fee. ​ Regular cancellations by the client, or that which the Company perceives as unreasonable, will be considered cause for termination of contract. If the Client is late for a lesson, the Tutor may choose to, but is not obligated to work beyond the scheduled end time, and the lesson will be charged at the usual price, whether or not the Tutor works beyond the scheduled end time. If a Tutor is late for a lesson, the lost time will be made up at a mutually convenient time for the Client and Tutor. Should the Tutor not be available for a scheduled lesson, an alternative (optional) Tutor or lesson time will be offered to the Client. If the Client wishes to terminate their private or online lessons and has prepaid any lessons (within 24 hours of making the booking), a refund will be made by bank transfer.
